At No Rodents Luxury, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it, with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, swimwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email support with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
Ship Your Item: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
